PRICING AND PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

All sessions are hands-on, comprehensive, and interactive. Your treatment will be skilled, effective, and specific to your individual needs.  Due to the level of personalization and targeted treatments, you should experience improvement after every session. The average number of sessions required for full symptom resolution varies depending upon a variety of factors, but usually ranges 1-4 visits total. Unlike traditional physical therapy that typically requires 2-3 visits a week for 6-8 weeks, your program will be structured to get you better as fast as possible and in the least number of sessions. Overall, this approach will save you time and money compared to most other treatment strategies.

PRICING

Initial Evaluation fee: $130. This fee includes a full, in-depth evaluation and initial treatment. The treatment given depends upon your comfort level and therapeutic needs. Possibilities include joint mobilizations or manipulations, dry needling, dry needling with electrical stimulation, soft tissue massage, cupping, and therapeutic exercise.  Additionally, you will likely receive a short home exercise program. The amount of treatment performed during the initial evaluation depends upon the complexity, your tolerance, and personal requests. This session will last approximately one hour.

Follow-up sessions: Treatment sessions are $110 each, sessions will last approximately one hour.

30 minute Dry Needling only: $60. This option is primarily recommended for preventative maintenance or a localized injury. It is an available option only after your initial evaluation. Consider this choice if your pain/injury is confined to a small area and you only want dry needling with minimal/no exercise instruction.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Payment is due at the start of your session. I currently accept cash, check, credit card, and Paypal. I am a licensed healthcare provider, and as such, you may also pay using your FSA/HSA/HRA card.

INSURANCE IS NOT ACCEPTED

Restorative Physical Therapy & Dry Needling is a fee-for-service clinic. Therefore, it is out-of-network with all insurances and cannot submit claims to insurance companies on your behalf.  If your insurance provides reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy services, please let me know. Upon your request, I will provide you with a receipt that you may submit for the reimbursement.

This structure benefits you because it allows all therapy sessions to be one-on-one and without a doctors referral. Traditionally, insurance driven PT clinics require modifications to your regimen in order to maximize insurance reimbursement. For example, the therapist treats multiple patient’s at once, requires more therapy visits, offers shorter therapy sessions, and/or generalizes treatment; this ultimately costs you more time and more money (deductibles, copays, and co-insurance). The fee-for-service structure prevents all of these modifications, saves you time (less visits needed to get better), and for most people, will actually cost less than the average round of insurance-based PT. See#1 on the FAQ page for a cost comparison analysis.
